My point is that the only purpose I see in having a patent application drafted in India (or any legal services performed in India) is to have intellectual property in India. : : It's not like outsourcing software development where it doesn't matter who wrote the software as long as it works according to specification. Each country has it's own set of laws. : : Now, whether an individual wants IP in India is up to them.
