I have a friend who has some ideas he would like to patend.Here is the problem I cannot find any information on how to obtain information on getting a patend, trademark and the laws that pertain to them without handing out a lot of money, that I don't have. I know the US Government will send the information, but I don't know who to write to . So if you could please help me it would be greatly appreciated.
