It appears (from Mr. A's frequent reminders here) that it attempts to shed light on the value of going forward with a particular patent application. I presume it includes both a prediction of cost (which is quite difficult to predict) and a prediction of overall value in the marketplace (which is nearly impossible to predict). Frankly, as a co-founder of a startup myself, I'd certainly be interested to know whether my product/service will succeed in the marketplace. I wonder how his product/service makes that determination since the best experts in the world have trouble estimating patent worth before it's been tested in the marketplace. Maybe Mr. A will shed light on the subject.... Regards.
