Thanks for the info. However, I called the USPTO's OED number. I got some unfriendly type at the other end frankly stating that the info I asked for will be sent on a separate piece of paper 3 weeks before the Oct 15th exam. Well, I hope they are prompt as I will be taking off for two weeks just to finish up prepping for the exam. Cal.
