Unfortunately, I loaned mine out about 10 years ago and haven't seen it since. It was out of print. I don't know if you can get it now. This guy puts on good seminars: I've gone myself and I've sent two paralegals (and recommended others) to his workshops. The book is most likely cheaper. Regards.
