Dear You cannot,
Trademarks are forever if they are done right. Jean Marie Farina is over 200 years old. Coca Cola, you know.
It is a question of doing it right up front. I don't trust doctors, but when in doubt, I find one I can trust AND afford. You can't afford to screw up up front.
I had a client that started to do it themselves. The got chicken and came back to me, then sold out for a big bundle.
There are even good Intellectual Property Lawyers that are affordable.
