Dear Ms. Moskaluk,
The scam operators charge about what a legitimate patent lawyer would charge for a patent. Even legitimate patent lawyer can obtain patent that cannot make money. There is no guarantee the you will make money with a patent but with many inventions it can be clear that even with a patent there is no money to be made.

The worst is that one of the best patents I have ever gotten for client has never made money while the company we showed it to won a $50 Million dollar prize turning out something not as good and not an infringement of the patent.
