While working in a company, I was co-inventor and company applied for an US patent with me as a co-inventor.At present I don't work for that company. Now they've come to me to sign paper work for supporting international patent application and to assign right to company for international patents. Question is, do I've to sign without questioning because of my past employment with them or am I entitled for compensation by refusing to sign?
