They are free to license, use, sell, import, etc. the patented invention without consent of the other inventors/owners. Naturally, I didnt think it all through before agreeing to share my invention with another party that has not contributed any "claims" but has contributed time into unfruitful avenues of investigation. Now I am wondering where to go with regards to desolving the relationship as well as compensating the other party for time. By agreement, I do hold a majority stake in the invention but it is held jointly with the other party. Any comments would be of great help. : Thanks, : K van Inwegen
