I think quite the opposite. An entire separate red covered booklet produced by Prof Kayton is focused on how to pass the examination. In fact, it goes on with great detail up to and including considering the facilities where one might take the test and scenarios which may hinder someone during a test taking process, not to mention the nuances on how to pass the exam questions and the techniques on question elimination. Just my observation.
