Dear Heather,
Patents are expensive. They are slow to obtain and many patents cannot give the protection that you need. Trademarks are less expensive but if you are only selling at yard sales, even trademarks may be impracticable.

To avoid heavy expenses we suggest a Reality Check® to save time money and worry.
