Lawsuits against patent attorneys

How often if ever do client sue their patent attorneys. I was at a party this past weekend, and an attorney told me that sometimes clients have been known to sue their patent attorneys. He did not say whay, but I assume because of shoddy work. Am I right? Why is this?
