Dear Mr. Ron,
What you have to watch out for is the patent lawyer that rushes you to a patent application. There are some that make a fortune encouraging clients to file and getting them patents. Just getting a patent may not give the protection that you need.

In many instances a patent may not give the protection that you need. The patent office has a roster you can choose from, the Yellow Pages are a cource but neither of these are going to warn you against those that will legitimately mislead you.

There are scam operators who advertize. Only one in ten thousand get back more money than they pay.
