patent law for HGH

I'm doing research on hgh (recombinant growth hormone). Apparently, the patent for hgh ends in 2002
but many websites are offering it with their own brand names.
How is this possible? i.e., are these placebos? or did they re-patent it? what's going on here? anyone?
