He then went on to tell me that it is best that the USPTO never finds out about my dispute. : I brought these concerns up 7months ago and have been writing 60+ emails/letters since then (a massing to 400+ pages). I have repeatidly told them that I believe thier actions are fraudulant and may be deceptive, but not once have they addressed this issue. They continue to tell me that the list of inventors is correct and they do not need to show me the proof that the other people contributed. I then tell them we are leaving someone off, and they said that they don't work here and it is not thier problem. : They formed a internal committee to review my concerns and they found that I was wrong. Of course. Too bad they would not allow me to participate in the committee (I believe they got this idea from Ashcroft's war tribunals). I have asked them for the meeting minutes and the documents the committee used to render their decision -- of course, they said they do not have to give me copies. : I have contacted the USPTO and am waiting for thier response. : Any advice from here.
