When Albert Einstein(Ex-patent examiner) discovered the theory of relativity, who else in the world could have been considered skilled in the art of relativity? at that time?(Early 1900s I think)? The reason I ask this question is that I have been looking at some patents. I see many vaquely written descriptions of the inventions, where I don't think some patent examiners would have a clue as to how to construct the main embodiment of the invention from the description.
