Just getting a patent is a waste of money and time. How is a matter of filing a prosecuting an application. Just filing is diffficult, filing a good application takes time and skill and is expensive. Filing a cheapy usually gets nothing of value. Paying a lot is no guarantee of sucess. I start with a Reality Check. It save time money and worry and give the inventor a fair shot if the is a chance to make money.
