Ethics, ya know?? : : : : : : I have a great idea for an invention that I want to get pattented. My concern is if I need to worry about trusting a patent attorney. What if for some reason, he she tries to steal my idea. It is always possible that the patnt attorney might have a family member who has a similar idea but has not yet pattented it. So tipping off the family member might be possible by the lawyer. : : : I don't mean to sound paranoid here, but with my good idea, I have one shot at patenting a really good idea. I can't help to want to protect my intillectual property.
