Dear Mr. Wojciechowski,
Just having a patent does not in itself guarantee that there is any value to the patent. There is a scam industry that makes $100M a year. Only one in ten thousand make more than they pay.
There are even Registered Patent Lawyers that encourage the filing of applications that wind up as patents that are easily avoidable and of no value.
