hey, glad I could help.
I'm just a lowly patent examiner. I do prior art rejections all the time.. Well, er.. its my full time job. Regarding patent infringment, well I have no experience in those matters. For that, an experienced lawyer is required. Btw, just to let you know, most patent attorneys are idiots. I am so not kidding you. You should see some of the stuff they try to argue with examiners. If I were you, and this is to alot of independent inventors, I would stay away from attorneys who cater specifically to teh small inventor. Inventors are a passionate bunch and attorneys love to exploit inventors emotionally, build up their hopes, take their money... you know. Ip law is big business.

Well, I'm prolly just mumbling. My 2 cents.
