These materials are from a Patent Resource Group course I purchased in 2001 and I used it to pass the October 2002 exam. This course breaks the patent law material into easy sections for review. I have supplemented the PRG materials with outlines I have prepared and other study materials. As you can see the materials also include past exams, some I have downloaded from the PTO web site, which I strongly recommend you take multiple times to become familiar with the types of questions asked. The materials include two 3-ring binders of questions from past exams grouped by subject, an excellent study tool. The materials also include an index to the PRG materials I prepared which I found very helpful during the exam; several outlines to use for quick reference during the exam; and several other resources printed out from the PTO web site. I also recommend obtaining a copy of the current MPEP by downloading from PTO web site, or purchasing.

C) Index prepared to use during exam for finding materials in PRG Lecture Notes cross-referenced with MPEP

F) Separate index for MPEP (good resource to use during exam)
G) Audio cassette tapes for most of videotapes (helpful for listening to during commutes)

I) American Inventor’s Protection Act of 1999 Q&A from USPTO web site
J) Questions and Answers gathered by PRG and categorized by topic
