No, . . . . Tt's a obvious Cheap Shot to all who read this Forum and not a very good attempt to drum up business (for yourself).

I came to this FORUM for HELP . . . If you don't have anything substantial to submit, then don't say anything at all!

: Perhaps a Patent Agent could reply to my question.

: I simply would like to know if in the header section of ANY patent where the area know as: PARENT CASE TEXT is located and if included. If there are indications of abandonment of prior patents owned by the same entity, does that statement on the latest dated patent of extension claims make the prior patents mentioned to be abandoned to be WORTHLESS OR DEFUNCT?

: It reads:
: << This is a Continuation-In-Part of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 08/149,xxx, filed Nov. 9, 199x, now U.S. Pat. No. 5,409,xxx which is a Continuation-In-Part of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 08/082,xxx, filed Jun. 23, 199x abandoned which is a Continuation of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 07/782,xxx, filed Oct. 24, 199x, now abandoned. >>
