Patent agent career outlook

1. As a candidate with a BSc degree without a law degree what is the possibility of finding trainee position ?

2. Though I have thoughts on pursuing a joint LLB/MBA degree in the future, are registered patent/trademark agents (with no law degree) required to go to law school or write the bar at some point in their career? What is the career outlook for patent agents who do not intend to go to law school?
