Selling Kayton's Home Study Video Course 2002 for $350 or best offer (shipping, an additional cost, is estimated at $50 -- about 50 pounds of shipped books, altogether -- estimated using UPS' rate calculator for UPS Ground (shipping from Pittsburgh, PA)) which includes:

- 2002 Video Course (all 26 videos, about 44 hours running time)
- Volumes 7 & 8 of Patent Practice (actual past patent bar exam Q&As) (highlighted answers, writing in pencil)
- 7th edition MPEP (you can download and print the most current version from the USPTO website -- the 8th edition)
- 35 USC & 37 CFR (printed Dec. 2000)
- Patent bar exam -- full length tests with answers from 1991, 1992 and 1998 to 2001 (absolutely no marks).
- How to take and pass the patent bar exam (Prof. Kayton).
- Does *NOT* include the treatise (Practice Practice volumes 1 through 6).
- Videotapes (2002) in excellent condition; only played these once.
- Includes my strategy outline for taking the patent bar exam.
- IMO, you do NOT need the treatise text in order to pass the patent bar exam (it's huge and takes a lot of time to read -- 2,500 pages). I know people that took the patent bar exam without bothering to read the treatise (instead, they did the questions and reviewed the videotapes).
- Also including the 800 or so lecture charts that accompany the videotapes (referred to in the videotapes); it has my writing on them, but I think you can read it ok.
