Dear David,
I'm not "Dr." Auslander. I'm an IP lawyer that also specially registered to preactice before the Patent Office. My quote of 1 in 10000 is based the the Scam operators who advertise. That may include the internet.

On radio and TV there ask, "Are you an inventor, or do you know anyone who is an inventor?".
