I have a U.S. Patent issued that was recently depicted without my consent by a fortune 500 company on the packaging of one of their products. My lawyers said that according to U.S patent law this is without a shadow of a doubt infringement. The problem is they will not represent me on a contigency fee basis. I am looking for help in locating Legal representation that would be willing to look into this issue and share in the potential infringement award from this fortune 500 company that spent a billion dollars on advertising last year. Thank you and I look forward to any assistance in this matter.
