: But your provisional patent is of no use in establishing an early invention date if it is just documenting a 'concept'. The provisional patent must disclose all the key information that is eventually used in your full patent or you lose the early invention date.
ok, thanks. But AFAIK if I will get provisional patent, then nobody can patent it in all U.S. is it true?
