: Welcome! : I got idea for some software patent. I don't have money for real patent, so i want register 'proof of concept' (80$) and after that start seeking investor to help me to register 'real' patent. How to do this? Is there any remote way to register proof of concept? (via Internet). Or maybe branch of US patent office in some UE city? Where can I check is that idea already register (i don't think so, idea is great, but nobody use it). Maybe exist some organisation who helps such people like me? : Thanks in advance for all answers, and sory for my broken english. : Luke Dear Mr. Wojtow, From what you say it is quite possible that the patent right could be destroyed unless you fully understand what you are doing. Don't kid yourself, even if you can get a patent it may not be of ANY value. There are scams that will get you patents of now value. Even going to Registered Patent Lawyer is no assurance of getting VALUE. We have a Reality Check® to save time, money and worry. M.
