: Hi, : I am a first year law student and was wondering if anyone had any opinions or advice on when to take the patent exam. I went straight to law school from ugrad so I did not have time to take it before I started school. I'd like to take the exam sometime during school, but I could not imagine the extra burden of studying for the exam with my school work and job searching. Should I wait until Oct. of my 2nd or 3rd year? Should I wait until after I graduate?
