With those in hand, find an attorney, perhaps from the same firm that provided the opinion or "analyses", that will help you "approach" the infringers. You could still try to leverage out a licensing arrangement with the infringers, under the threat of suit, instead of spending the large amount of cash for actually suing for infringement.
