Hello,
I use to be a partner/owner of a CO.then i split off .
We all agreed that i could still use the name which was trade marked.less than 6 mounts later they wanted me to quit using the name or they would sue .
I never sined any papers to take my name off checking account or out of the CO. .It has been 4-5 years i was just wondering if there were any recourse if they had sined my name with out me knowing about it or me not sining any papers.
