I need some fast help. I'm a court reporter working on an overnight delivery of a transcript. There were some terms used relating to patent applications. Can someone PLEASE help me or steer me in the right direction? The words with the ?? after them are the ones I need help with. Keep in mind that this is what they sounded like. I'll type the answer so there's a little context.

My filing system is now up to about 7000. About a third of those are US patent applications. The rest are foreign and PCT, Peff ?? bumpers ?? and treaty applications.

I need the answers right away. I appreciate your help!!

Karen
