: Hi,
: I have Animal Science major for my undergrad and Pathology major for my PhD. Do I qualify for taking patent bar exam? It seems I need to demonstrate that my backgrond is equivalent to undergraduate biology major (does it sound funny?). Can anybody pl. tell me what kind of evidences PTO would accept to demonstrate this? Any experience?

Ray,
Just look on the PTO website to get the info. If you can't find it (click on "How to become a registered patent agent") call the PTO. They will gladly help you.
