My filing date was 15 months again, and I have not received my first office
action(the patent relates to the Internet). Is this usual? I have called
them and it was not assigned until 6 months ago. I have also wrote a formal
request to the commissioner. I have not heard anything.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
