What you really want, is to make money? Well that is not easy. What is called a poor man's patent is a poor system to get legal protection and to make money.

Not every good idea is patentable and not every patent is going to give the protection that you need.

We have a Reality Check® to help you save time, money and worry. You can spend thousands to get a real patent and not get any value. That doesn't mean that you can't make money with a patent.

There are scams that make big money, get patents to boot. Only one in ten thousand make more than they pay.

A "poor man's patent", is just an attempt to have proof of conception. It can fail or even work, it may destroy valid international patent rights.
