I recently completed my Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry and have noticed many positions for Technology Specialists in IP law firms. Several of those law firms will pay for the person to attend Law School at night. Has anyone followed that or similiar career paths? What do people think of working at the USPTO and Law school at night? I would like to go into IP law but that is a major change in my career and is it worth the risk? Thanks.
