The company I worked for at the time sold the "intellectual property" to the company about a year and a half ago. The original company (I worked for at the time of sale) never filed for patent. The company that purchased the technological property has already filed patent with my name on the application, assuming I would sign the papers. Apparently they had a deadline to meet. This program will be heading into production soon and will result in $10-20 million in sales for the new company. Do I have any rights to pursue (and recieve) compensation? Dear Glenn, It depends on the agreement you signed originally. M. Arthur Auslander Auslander & Thomas-Intellectual Property Law Since 1909
