Dear Andy, What percentage pay and what percentage don't pay and are on a contingency? I'll wager it is less than one in a hundred that are on a contingency and only paying Patent Office Official filing fees. Maybe one in 500. Partial pay is no contingency in my book. Where would your contingency stand up if examined on a bait and switch basis. If you can pass the bait and switch test you get all the praise in the world and I hope you make big bucks.
