i know the patent process generally from start to market to your bank account.
marketing it correctly is very important for new products, products that are not similar to others. those deals are very important to market correctly in the first 6 months to capture the market prior to copycats from poppig up. depends on the product. i am also seeking legal help for my software invention. it is hard. trust no one. do not trust your lawyer like you trust your doctor, and don't trust him either. blind faith and trust is the only constant in betrayal cases. your kindness and 'trust' signifies 'easy mark' for these xperienced lawyers and business people. i seem to know the process more than you, based up[on your question but i still wish i KNEW a lawyer who is good and can help. i hate those patented answers they give. i want real information and real conversation. how to find a firm who treats me like they would treat themself?? please.
