I just found out a few days ago that I passed the patent bar exam. I went the route of Patbar.com, as they were the cheapest. After passing and speaking to others who have passed using other programs, I found out that the patent bar review program you go with is wholly irrelevant. The deciding factor is a disciplined study schedule of 150 hours or more. Anything less than that and you won't feel as confident as you should when you walk out after the exam. Some people put their whole life on hold (career wise or educationally) for two months just to sudy for this thing. I put my law school books for this semester on the side and didn't read a single case until AFTER the test date. It paid off! Study study and more study! : I am new to this discussion and field. How long does the average person prepare for a Patent Agent exam? What are the best course materials and where can i find them? Any info you can gicve would be a great help..I am just starting out on this track. : thanks!
