Patents are expensive and complex and may not give you the protection that you need. Your can click on the Patent Page of this Forum and get information about and from the Patent and Trademark Office. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to get a good patent without getting professional help. Getting a patent is no solution. The patent also has to be right. Not every patent is going to give you the protection that you need. Not all inventions are patentable.
