It's a patent you need usually, a confidentiality agreement and someone who would sign look and not bypass or worse. There is an annual scam taking in $100M+ a year getting people to file patents and promising to promote. The patents are expensive, even non-scam patents. 1 in 10,000 make more than they pay.
