Hello all,

I have some questions.

If I have to use for example GSM standard or some part of it (for example ETSI) must I pay to ETSI some licence fee.

Must I have to pay some licence fee to the patent holder who has got patents to the standard. Typically there are many different patent holders which have patents in standard so do I have to discuss the fee with all of them.

What about then if the patent holder doesn't give any licence?

How much do you think the licence fee can be (depends on the number of my equipment in which the stadard is used?)?

Is there possible to use some formula to determine the fee?

With best regards,

new inventor
