Dear A1,

It is not IMPOSSIBLE that it may work out but you are already behind the 8 ball. I've done enough toys and games to almost guarantee that if I were a manufacturer that I could take what I like without infringing your patent and put it on the market without paying you legally.

That is why we haae a Reality Check(sm).
