I would like to know what to in order for me to copyright my idea and sell it to companies that may be interested in it? I hope someone can help me on this question. Thanks, Jon Dear John, A Reality Check™ can help you get a better idea of what you have and what you can do with it. Even when something is patented or patentable it is usually not easy to promote it. There is a scam industry encouraging the filing of patent application and promising to promote, which they do. They even get patents, and I believe that they do contact companies. They gross $100M+ a year. One in ten thousand make more than they pay. M.
