: in 1978 i came up with a divce that would and did change the tech. of the telephone industry. i had a friend that worked with SCB, so i ask him if they would develop the invention. well, from that day i have not been abl to find him nor locate him. the phone com. will not give a hint to where he is. So, 1/2 years later SCB is the first to have them on the market built by a techno. company. yes, i gave it away,so what billions of dollers slipped thru my hands : THE RICKER We have a Service Mark Elaine's Workshop™, E arly L egal A dvice I s N ot Expensive. It is likely that even if what you have, conceived was patentable as you conceived it that the Statue of Limitations would have run by now. In fact patents that might have emerged on the concept should have all expired. Patent searches might find the patents and name of the listed inventors, what good would that do you now. You can be certain that though you may have had the original concept that what is out there is at least a changed version of of the concept. Concepts in themselves are not patentable. M.
