Over the years I have prosecuted to issuance many of my own patent applications. I took the patent bar in 1997 and received a 64 and 63 respectively. An acquaintance told that that he believed that some of the changes in the law in the AIPA could be of help in requesting a regrade/appeal of the exam results. Is anyone aware of anything to do with the AIPA that would help with regards to exam results?
