Ideas are not patentable. Unobvious means that to get a patent the invention must have something extra over routine thinking. Improvements are patentable. Dimensions usually cannot make a patentable difference. Whether you like it or not you need a reliable patent practicioner to help. I'm not sure if my email is working yet. Its been out.
