I have an idea for an invention, well it's actually an improvement of an existing piece of equipment and I would like to file a paten for it. I haven't the first idea of how to go about it. Dear Mr. Aviles, Lousy patents may cost as much or more than good patents. We start with a Reality Check (sm) even if we can get you a patent, we may not recommend even the cost of a search, if what you does not seem like an opportunity to make money. We can't guarantee that you will make money, but can warn you, where you have high risk. We may be able to show you alternatives to help you. M. Arthur Auslander
