Dear Mr. Sahagian, Just because you are smart enough to know how to look for forms doesn't help you to get a good patent, if you get a patent at all. I've only met one or two non patent lawyer inventors who could write a good patent application. The worst of it is, just getting a patent, is no assurance of getting the protection that you need. Jerry Lemelson, the inventor who had more patents than any person ever and made $200M+ before he recently died, came to me early in his career for help in prosecuting patent applications he had written himself. The man was an inventing genius, but even he could not write a good patent application. If you can figure it out and file you could still be a looser. First you need to have something that is patentable and then you have to get "claims" that give the protection that you need. There is a $100M+ scam, getting people to file patent applicatin. One in ten thousand get back more than thay pay. You need to find a Patent Lawyer you can trust. M. Arthur Auslander
